Cancelling and refunds
Before you pay, here is exactly what you can expect if you change your mind. These are your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14-day cancellation right
If you buy online as a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel and we will refund you in full. We will not ask you to give up that right unless you separately and expressly ask us to start your access immediately and acknowledge the effect of doing so.

How to cancel
Use the contact form, or email Jessica@SimplifiedSupport.co.uk. A short message saying you wish to cancel is enough — no reason required.

The £199 course bundle is a single payment, not a subscription. You will not be charged again.

Refund timing
Any refund due is made within 14 days of us accepting your cancellation, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Simplified Support Ltd is not registered for VAT. VAT is not added to the prices shown on this website.
Organisation plans are invoiced and cancellation is set out in your written agreement with us. Something not right with your training? Tell us and we will put it right, as set out in our Cancellation & Refunds policy and Terms & Conditions.
