Training for schools and professionals
School staff can get SEND and EHCP training from Simplified Support Ltd, a UK training provider working with schools, local authorities and families. Our courses cover SEND foundations, EHCP law, Annual Reviews, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), attendance difficulty, masking, neurodiversity-affirming practice and reasonable adjustments.
Training is available as self-paced online courses, live online sessions, live in-person sessions and private team training arranged directly with your setting.
Each course states the audience it was written for. Across the library, the training is used by the following groups.
Whole-school teams building a consistent, informed response to SEND and attendance difficulty.
Legal duties, the graduated response, EHCP sections and Annual Review preparation.
Classroom-level understanding of need, adjustments and behaviour as communication.
Practical, plain-English grounding in SEND, sensory needs and supportive daily practice.
Policy, culture and whole-school strategy, including EBSA-aware attendance responses.
Reading attendance patterns as a wellbeing signal rather than a compliance issue.
Statutory duties, EHCP process, accountability and multi-agency alignment.
Shared language for formulation, evidence and joint planning around a child.
