Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026. This policy explains how to cancel and when you can get your money back. It applies to purchases from Simplified Support Ltd (company number 16358501).

1. Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, when you buy training online you usually have 14 days from the day after your purchase to change your mind and cancel for a full refund — you do not have to give a reason.

Our training is digital content. We will not ask you to give up your 14-day cancellation right as a condition of buying. You only lose that right if you expressly ask us to start supplying the content during the 14-day period and acknowledge that you will lose it — and we will always record that request separately at the time you make it. Where no such request has been recorded, your full 14-day right applies.

Simplified Support Ltd is not registered for VAT. VAT is not added to the prices shown on this website.

2. How to cancel

To cancel, contact us with your name and the email on your account:

Saying clearly that you want to cancel is enough — you do not need to use any particular form of words.

3. After the 14-day period

The £199 course bundle is a single one-off payment, not a subscription. You will not be charged again and there is nothing to cancel to stop future payments. After the 14-day cancellation period we do not normally give refunds, except where the law says we must (for example, faulty digital content — see section 5).

If you bought the earlier monthly Full Library subscription, you can still cancel it at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, we pay it within 14 days of your cancellation (or of agreeing the refund), using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.

5. If something is faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a course or the platform is faulty — for example content that will not play or access that does not work — contact us and we will repair or replace it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction, up to a full refund. These rights are not affected by anything else in this policy.

6. Organisation plans

Organisation plans for schools and services are agreed individually and invoiced. Cancellation and refund terms for those contracts are set out in the individual agreement with the organisation.
